Pat retired after 40 years as VP of Finance for a nationwide property management company. She has spent the past five years volunteering at Sweetwater Mission, assisting with all fundraising events. In January of 2020, Pat was asked to assume the role of Business Manager, and then graciously stepped in as Sweetwater Mission's Interim Executive Director in April just as the Covid-19 Crisis hit in full force. As of March 23, 2021, Pat was appointed as Executive Director. "From the outset, I was very taken with the compassion and respect shown to the clients at Sweetwater Mission, and am honored to help the organization navigate through the tough waters that we all find ourselves in today. God has truly blessed me by guiding me to Sweetwater Mission."

Linda came to Sweetwater Mission after 40 plus years in corporate America as Controller, Director of Operations and Financial Officer. At 62, she returned to college for a degree in Human Services at Kennesaw State University. After graduation, she began working at Sweetwater Mission, first as Volunteer Coordinator and then five years as Case Manager for the Kids Home Initiative in partnership with United Way. She is passionate about serving the homeless population and assisting disadvantaged and marginal persons move from survival to sustainability. Every person has potential. Debbie came with 18 years of Restaurant Supervision along with 25 years in the Financial Services Business. She initially came to help the clients of Sweetwater Mission with health insurance needs, which then led to helping in other areas. As our Development Director of 6 Years, Debbie is involved in getting support and organizing all of our fundraising events, using her perseverance in getting the word out about Sweetwater Mission. Debbie truly has a heart for serving the needs of others. “I Love everything about Sweetwater Mission and all they do to help people. I thank God for bringing me to Sweetwater and giving me the opportunity to improve peoples’ lives”.
